DMD COM port not found
What it means
If this hardware DMD is actually connected, cab owners report a several-second freeze at launch.
Why it happens
dmddevice.ini still has this driver enabled on a specific COM port, but Windows doesn't currently list that port as active — the driver waits for a port that isn't there.
