VPinMAME not registered
What it means
Every ROM-based table fails to start with a vague COM error — even though the ROMs, the tables, and VPinMAME.dll are all genuinely correct.
Why it happens
VPinMAME.dll was copied into place (a zip, a USB transfer, a drive clone), but its own Setup.exe — the only thing that actually writes its COM registration — was never run on this machine.
How Pincab Toolbox detects it
VPinMAME's binary is present and a table needs it, but VPinMAME.Controller is absent from both the 32-bit and 64-bit COM registry views.
