COM component registered at an old path
What it means
Windows will try to load this component from a path that no longer exists, and fail — even though the component is genuinely present elsewhere.
Why it happens
The component was registered from a folder that was since moved, renamed, or deleted — a very common pattern after reorganizing an install or moving to a new drive.
How Pincab Toolbox detects it
The path recorded in the component's COM registration doesn't point to an existing file, even though the component IS registered.
