Broken folder link (junction)
What it means
An entire folder — a ROM set, a PUP-Pack collection, a colorization archive — has quietly become invisible to everything, including this scan.
Why it happens
This folder is a shortcut-like link (an NTFS junction) pointing at another drive or network location, and that target is no longer there.
How Pincab Toolbox detects it
This folder is confirmed as a reparse point whose recorded link target doesn't exist.
